Yo Elliot—I always feel like i’ve been ran over by a freight train the day after heavy lifting. I’m not really sore very much, it’s more like my life force has been sucked away. I’ve? always been like that, is this normal? I’m pretty strong overall, but my overall fitness is in the crapper if you talk about cardio, etc. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I’m not a fat blob, im pretty active but the extent of actual exercise only involves weightlifting. Thanks!

i tend to get a sore lump just in the middle of my traps when squatting heavy, i sometimes have to wrap a towel? around the bar for cushioning, is this because the bar is to high?

Love the pic of Thoreau on the wall. Great source of inspiration. I see you have a GymBoss also. What do you? think of it? Useful? If so, how do you use it in your workouts?
Thanks, Elliot.

yo elliot! this is a little unrelated to this video but i was wondering about the “daffy duck” syndrome. Are vacuuming exercises and stretching hip flexors the only things i can? to to fix it?
Thanks

How long do you suggest a workout should be? My? workouts are typically about an hour to work a single muscle group (bicep/back or chest/shoulder/tricep or legs). I do a warm up set, then 10 reps for each workout followed by some burnout sets. I only allow myself a maximum of one minute between workouts, unless I’m switching my weights around.
