I slipped on ice and fell onto concrete. Three days later my lower back is still aching when I sit. It is not severe, but it is uncomfortable enough that I have trouble concentrating on my work, all day. I’ve never had any back problems before. Should I see a chiropractor, or massage therapist? Or use an ice pack or heating pad? Or is there something else I should do for it? Thanks
As I said it’s not severe, just uncomfortable. Cortisone seems a bit extreme for a temporary injury.
