Went swimming in ocean three weeks ago and since then I have had a dull pain on the side and front of my neck. It hurts when I touch it and sometimes when I swallow. Not sure how to fix this. Thanks

It was an historic evening at The Beach Ottumwa on Tuesday — and a humid one. The Ottumwa girls swim team dove back into the water after being dormant for three seasons, taking on area rival Fairfield.
